CivicPort has native apps for iOS and Android covering the resident side: announcements, issues, feedback, messages and notifications.

Why install it

Push notifications. Email is fine for an announcement and poor for a gate code or a same-day closure. The app is also faster for the thing residents do most, which is report a problem with a photo taken thirty seconds ago.

Same account

Sign in with the account you use on the web, including Google and Apple sign-in. Read state, notification preferences and community selection all sync: reading a message on your phone marks it read on the web.

What is web-only

The heavier admin work stays on the web: the admin console, financial reports, resale packets, public site settings and anything involving document upload and review. The mobile app is deliberately the resident surface.
