Everything below is one page in your sidebar. Which pages you actually have depends on what your community switched on, so a guide here for something you cannot see means the feature is off for your community, not that something is wrong.

Where you land​

Community​

  • Announcements: notices from your board or manager.
  • Community Board: resident discussion.
  • Neighbors: the member directory.
  • Events: the calendar, with RSVPs.
  • Issues: report a problem and follow it.
  • Messages: ask the right person a question.
  • Feedback: tell the board something, anonymously if you want.
  • FAQs: answers your community wrote down already.

Property​

  • ARC Requests: get approval before you change the outside of your home.
  • Violations: notices against your property, and how to cure them.
  • My Household: vehicles, pets, tenants, leases, and inviting the people you live with.
  • Governing Documents: the CC&Rs, bylaws and rules.

Payments and bookings​

  • Payments: dues, fines, assessments, autopay and receipts.
  • Bookings: reserve the clubhouse, a court or a pavilion.
