Feature toggles
Almost everything in CivicPort is switched on per community. A feature described in this documentation that you cannot see is off, not broken.
Toggles are set by a CivicPort super admin in the Manage Communities screen.

Financial reports and budget need no toggle. Every non-municipality community has them, because every board has books.
Issues cannot be switched off. It is the one universal feature.
Dependencies worth knowing
- Payments gates fines, paid bookings and dues checklist items. Without it, violations still work and bookings only work as free ones.
- Public Site gates everything with a publicly visible flag. Without it the flags exist and publish nowhere.
- Signage is independent of Public Site in both directions.
- Tenants gates leases. Member Onboarding gates applications. They used to be one switch and are now two, because an HOA that never signs a lease still onboards new owners.
- Household invitations default to on. Absent means enabled, which is the opposite of every other flag here.
Branding
Branding has its own master switch. Turning it off gives the stock CivicPort look and keeps the stored logo and colour, so it can be turned back on without re-uploading anything.
