Getting started

Two paths, depending on which side of the community you are on. Both are meant to be worked through in order rather than dipped into.

I just got an invitation or a join code​

You are a resident, owner, tenant or club member. Start at Getting started for residents. It covers creating your account, joining the right community, and the handful of things worth doing in your first week.

I am setting up a community​

You are on the board, or you manage the property. Start at Getting started for admins. It is a launch checklist in dependency order: identity and branding first, then members, then the features that depend on having members.
