That is the whole list. It grows as more powers become worth separating from full admin.

Granting

Grant by email address, one permission at a time. The grant records who granted it and when.

Why use these

A project chair who runs the roof bid does not need your payment history. A newsletter editor does not need the household registry. Community admin is all-or-nothing for everything else, and these two are the powers most often wanted on their own.

Not a role

A permission holder is still an ordinary member. They see their own resident pages plus the one screen their permission unlocks. Nothing else changes, and they do not appear as an admin anywhere.
