ARC Request Types
The menu residents pick from when submitting an ARC request, and what each kind requires.
A request type

Required documents earn their keep here
List them per type rather than asking in prose. A fence needs a site plan and a material specification; paint needs a colour sample; solar needs a roof plan and a contractor licence. Setting them per type is what stops incomplete submissions arriving, and an incomplete submission costs your committee a cycle.
Each type lists its expected review window and the documents it demands.
Review days
This is a promise residents will hold you to, so set what you can actually deliver. It is shown on the request, and the gap between the stated turnaround and the real one is the single most common ARC complaint.
Retiring a type
Set it inactive rather than deleting it. Existing requests keep their type name and the history stays readable.
