Manage Voting
Elections and surveys. Requires the Voting entitlement, which needs a one-time bylaws attestation recorded against the community before it can be switched on.
Read that attestation as what it is: your community confirming that electronic voting is permitted by its own governing documents. CivicPort cannot know that for you.

Scope
Per household casts one ballot per address. Whoever votes first casts it, and the other members of that household see that it has been cast and by whom. This is what most HOA bylaws actually require.
Per member gives everyone their own vote.
Members with no address on file are not eligible, and are told why. Fix the roster before opening a vote, not during.
Anonymity
Anonymous records that a voter voted, so turnout and quorum can be counted, but not how. That is not reversible after the fact, so decide before you open.
Attachments
Attach a link or a file from your community's documents. Anything uploaded this way also appears in the library as election material, so the record of what voters were shown survives the vote.

Results and roster
Results give per-question counts, free-text answers, turnout, and whether quorum was met.
The roster lists who voted and when, and for household-scoped items which member cast the ballot. On an anonymous item it still does not connect a voter to a choice. It is the turnout record, which is what your minutes need.
