Feedback Review
Everything residents submitted through Feedback, categorised.
Only that. The floating feedback button in the corner of every screen sends to CivicPort, not to you, so a resident who used it will be waiting on a reply that is not coming from this queue. See sending app feedback.
Anonymous submissions
If the resident chose anonymity, you do not learn who they are, including here. Any comment they add to the same thread stays anonymous too.
That is the point of the feature. A community that finds ways around it has a feedback form nobody uses honestly.
Acknowledging
Acknowledging records that the feedback was read and by whom. It is not agreement, and residents are told as much.
Acknowledge promptly even when the answer is no. Silence is what turns a suggestion into a complaint to the board.
Comments
You and the submitter can comment, which turns a submission into a conversation where that is useful.
